The second event of the "Meetings of Open Minds" series titled "Open mind of science XIX and XX century", organized in the headquarters of CAS, was dedicated to Marian Smoluchowski, a brilliant Polish physicist, on the occasion of the celebration of his 100th anniversary of death.

Professor Bogdan Cichocki from the Institute of Theoretical Physics at University of Warsaw will give a lecture  â€œAbout Marian Smoluchowski on the 100th anniversary of his death" on 26^th of October 2017.
