Center for Advanced Studies WUT invites to the seminar titled  "Kohn-Rossi cohomology and nonexistence of CR morphisms between compact strongly pseudoconvex CR manifolds”. The lecture is taking place in The Institute of Mathematics of the Polish Academy of Sciences, at 8 Śniadeckich St., Warsaw.

Center for Advanced Studies has an honour to host for the third time Professor Peter J. Giblin from the University of Liverpool.

On 20th of June 2016 the sequent meeting „In the Center of Attention” has taken place at the Centre for Advanced Studies with a presence of Deans of WUT Faculties and Director of CAS, Prof. Stanisław Janeczko.

Between 3th and 5th of June 2016 in Windsor Hotel in Jachranka the "Forum of understanding on Nanomaterials and Their interdisciplinary applications" has taken place, under the guidance of the Scientific Organizing Committee composed of: prof. Michael Giersig from the Department of Physics at the Freie University in Berlin, prof. Stanislaw Janeczko - Director of the Center for Advanced Studies and Professor Małgorzata Lewandowska from the Faculty of Materials Science and Engineering WUT.
