The Director of the Center for Advanced Studies at Warsaw University of Technology is pleased to announce the 2nd Competition for Teaching Grants at Warsaw University of Technology. Detailed rules of the competition are specified in the Regulations attached to the Rector's Decision No. 133/2022 dated May 25, 2022.

The call for applications is carried out using the form available at www.badawcza.pw.edu.pl

NOTE!!! Correction of the deadline for submission of applications for teaching grants under IDUB.

Due to the deadline for submission of applications falling on the last day of the "long weekend", the Director of the Center for Advanced Studies has decided to change the deadline to June 20, 2022.

The teaching grant program is implemented within the framework of the "Excellence Initiative - Research University" project and carried out by the Center for Advanced Studies at WUT. The idea is to balance the University's development priorities. It transfers the competitive application mechanism, which is the standard in the sphere of science, to the field of educational activities. In light of the assumptions, the grant-awarding process is supposed to contribute to building mechanisms that function continuously to improve staff and promote innovative practices. These mechanisms should fish out the most interesting concepts, promote initiatives arising in departments and facilitate knowledge sharing across the university.

The competition is aimed at employees of the Warsaw University of Technology who are university teachers, for whom it is the primary place of employment. In the competition, an applicant, defined as the project manager, may submit one application for funding a teaching grant.

Funding for one teaching grant may not exceed PLN 100 000 PLN. The deadline for submission of applications is June 20, 2022.

Collection of applications is carried out through the form available at https://www.badawcza.pw.edu.pl/Konkursy/Aktualne-konkursy/Granty-dydaktyczne-II

Applications will be evaluated by the Competition Committee appointed by the Rector's Decision No. 113 of May 20, 2021. (with amending decision No. 132 dated May 25, 2022).

We invite to participate to an information meeting, which will be held online via the Teams platform on June 3, 2022 at 11:15 am.
