2nd Conceptual Workshop in Chęciny, 10-12.05.2024

On May 10-12, 2024, the 2nd Conceptual Workshop of the Center for Advanced Studies of the Warsaw University of Technology in cooperation with the UW Centre for Systemic Risk Analysis was held at the UW European Center for Geological Education in Chęciny. 

The purpose of the workshop was to discuss some of the key and very topical issues and challenges of our time, such as the challenges and risks associated with the development of AI, and to discuss these issues from the perspective of various scientific disciplines, both sciences and humanities. Representing various scientific fields, members of the UW's Centre for Systemic Risk Analysis had the opportunity to talk and discuss with prominent mathematicians from the Center for Advanced Studies of the Warsaw University of Technology and humanists, including from the Tadeusz Manteuffel Institute of History of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
