OPENING OF VII MOBILITY WUT COMPETITION - competition for doctoral students of WUT only
The Director of the Centre for Advanced Studies would like to announce that the VII competition under the Mobility WUT programme was opened on 19 April 2023. The competition is aimed at doctoral students - participants of the WUT doctoral school. Call for applications up to and including 7 May 2023. We invite you to read the rules of the competition.
ATTENTION - SHORT DEADLINE!
The Director of the Centre for Advanced Studies announces that the VII competition under the Mobility WUT programme was opened on 19 April 2023. The rules of the competition as amended were adopted by the Rector's Decision No. 151/2022 of 6 June 2022. The competition is aimed at WUT doctoral students and participants of the WUT doctoral school (up to 40 years of age) who have not been beneficiaries of the NAWA PROM WUT2 project so far.
The call for applications for the VII Mobility WUT competition is open up to and including 7 May 2023 and covers mobility that will start no earlier than 15 May 2023 and end no later than 23 June 2023. Applications should be submitted via the electronic form - link at the bottom of the page.
The Mobilty WUT VII competition is carried out within the framework of the NAWA PROM WUT 2 programme under the rules defined by the common MOBILITY WUT regulations and in accordance with the guidelines for individual projects.
The competition procedure is conducted by the Centre for Advanced Studies of WUT. The applications are evaluated by the Mobility WUT Competition Committee appointed by the Rector's Decision 217/2021 of 1 September 2021. The outcome of the competition proceedings will be a list created on the basis of the merits of the applications received in the competition. Funding will be awarded to the highest rated applications taking into account the available funds in the Programme.
The following forms of mobility can be applied for funding in the Mobility WUT VII competition:
WUT DOCTORS
- active participation in a conference abroad (5 to 30 days)
- participation in a summer/winter school (5 to 30 days),
- participation in short learning activities, i.e. courses, workshops, accompanying internships or industrial placements (5 to 30 days)
- stay in the host institution in order to acquire materials for the doctoral dissertation/research article; performing measurements with the use of unique apparatus, including the use of large research infrastructure not available in Poland, participation in the preparation of an international grant application (from 5 to 30 days)
In the case of a doctoral student from abroad, the application should be submitted on behalf of the invited doctoral student by a WUT staff member.

In the following steps, please read the competition documentation, fill in the online form and attach a scan of the completed and signed application form with the attachments
