Professor Bartosz Grzybowski
Visit at WUT: August - September 2014
Professor Bartosz Andrzej Grzybowski - Yale graduate, got his PhD from Harvard University. At present, affiliated with Northwestern University, where he is a full professor and Director of Non-Equilibrium Energy Research Center. Professor Grzybowski is the author of over 200 publications in chemistry, physics and biology, including 20 articles in Science and Nature; the overall number of citations is 8000.
A founder of a few biotechnological companies with total capital estimated at half a billion dollars. A winner of numerous awards, both American and European ones, for example: Soft Matter Award (Royal Society of Chemistry, UK), American Chemical Society Division of Colloid and Surface Chemistry Unilever Award and recently a winner of 2013 Nanosience Prize.
Professor Grzybowski will visit Warsaw University of Technology in August and September 2014 and will be hosted by Prof. Janusz Lewiński i Prof. Stanisław Janeczko.
