Professor Bill Bruce

Professor Bill Bruce – distinguished mathematician whose scientific interests are focused on singularity theory and its applications to differential geometry. Professor Bruce is affiliated with Univeristy of Liverpool.
Professor Bill Bruce is the author of more than 100 articles and 3 books. He is a member of Engineering and Physical Science Research Council (Vice-President in 1999-2000); London Mathematical Society (Vice-President in 1999-2000); management committee at the Isaac Newton Institute. He was a visiting scholar at: Hokkaido University, University of Sao Paulo, Senshu University and Hiroshima University.
Professor Bruce will visit Warsaw University of Technology in June and July 2014. His visit will be supervised by Prof. Wojciech Domitrz and Prof. Stanisław Janeczko.
